With more than 85 full-time programs and 10+ apprenticeship training programs on three friendly campuses in Brockville, Cornwall, and Kingston, St. Lawrence College is an integral part of the economic engine and social fabric of Eastern Ontario with a close-knit community of 7,000 full-time students, and more than 82,000 proud alumni. Our program offerings include more than 900 online and continuing education courses that feature full-time and part-time diploma programs, and many personal interest continuing education options. Our collaborative degrees with Laurentian University include the Bachelor of Business Administration and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. We are also proud to offer SLCs own Bachelor of Applied Arts – Behavioural Psychology degree, the first undergraduate degree in Canada that provides a comprehensive program of study with 1,100 hours of supervised placements in three different community settings. Students can pursue one-year foundational certificates in General Arts and Science with specific streams leading them to full-time programs or workplace preparation. For those with prior postsecondary education we offer Fast-Track programs and Ontario Graduate Certificates that provide hands-on, industry relevant skills in two to three semesters.
As part of our ongoing sustainability initiatives, the College boasts 1,600+ rooftop solar modules on Kingston and Brockville campuses, the largest solar roof-top installation of any post-secondary institution in Canada. The college has many Applied Research projects in progress, as well, our Corporate Learning and Performance Improvement team has developed training modules to help more than 350 organizations grow and prosper. The Employment Service offices offer a variety of resources and information to thousands of clients annually, connecting job seekers to meaningful employment and employers to a talented workforce.
