The Master of Urban and Environmental Planning is Australia's only postgraduate program that equips you with the qualifications to work as a traditional town planner as well as an environmental professional. Taught by leading Australian and international academics in urban and regional planning, environmental planning, transport planning, social and cultural planning, and tourism planning, the programs cover the theoretical knowledge and practical skills planners need to deal effectively with contemporary planning and development challenges
This program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to emerging planning and development challenges. It will sharpen your ability to evaluate, analyse and create innovative solutions, and communicate them effectively. You will be prepared for employment in government, the private sector and non-governmental organisations in areas that include planning and urban policy, development preparation and assessment, transport and local area planning, and regional and strategic planning.
