Small classes and hands-on learning
Our Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs feature an innovative experiential learning model that prepares you for the workplace. Rather than being asked to memorize content in a large lecture hall, you'll get to know your professors and peers through interaction and collaboration. You'll actively apply your knowledge and solve business problems that simulate the real world.
Critical Employability and 21st Century Skills
The Honours BBA programs were designed to ensure graduates acquire the ability to apply a range of business frameworks, critical employability and 21st century skills to better prepare them to meaningfully contribute and add value to the organizations and communities they serve. With this in mind you will complete 3 required courses: Becoming a Master Learner – an introductory course designed to provide you with the tools and strategies to help you succeed, Undergraduate Competency Development – designed to develop your skill sets around the key Competencies required to achieve success in business and society and BBA Portfolio – create a career-ready showcase e-portfolio that chronicles your development of the BBA Undergrad Competencies.
Creative problem solving for the modern business world
Complement your finance degree with a unique certificate that demonstrates your ability to think creatively. In addition to your core BBA courses, you'll have the opportunity to take different breadth electives that will enable you to obtain a Sheridan Board Undergraduate Certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving. 50% of our June 2019 BBA graduates earned this optional certificate, which is endorsed by the State University of New York.
Courses in the certificate include:
