Whether you are looking to start your own company, drive social change through innovation, or incorporate innovative practices into your current workplace, UMBC’s Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership is the ideal program to get you where you want to be. Designed for working professionals in both small and large organisations, the program equips students with entrepreneurial thinking skills that prepare them to become drivers of change in both the workplace and in their communities.
Consisting of five required core courses, including a unique 2-part capstone course, three electives and two courses in specialized pathways, the program provides a comprehensive foundation in innovative thinking that will prepare students to drive change in their organisations.
