UAB’s Early Childhood and Elementary Education teacher certification program teaches educators to recognize and meet the evolving needs of P-6 students in their earliest exposure to education. Teacher candidates will earn a B.S in early childhood and elementary education (preschool through sixth grade) or elementary education (kindergarten through sixth grade) and qualify for Class B teacher certification.
