The world of “big data” is a fast-growing field that requires a specialized set of skills rarely found in one place. Passionate problem solvers, innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs will find a home in CSU’s Data Science major, an interdisciplinary degree with foundations in computer science, statistics, communications and mathematics. You’ll learn how to decipher and repurpose huge sets of data to solve real-world problems and, ultimately, reshape the way we interpret information and use it to influence choices made in virtually every industry.
