This business admin diploma major starts with business basics. Then, you’ll dig into the core of your specialty with:

• assessment principles
• construction estimating
• farmland evaluation
• property analysis
• property law
• computerized mass appraisal valuation of properties - it's now the industry standard

Test your knowledge and skills in the real world. Plus, make industry connections. Both are possible in an optional 16-week work placement between first and second year.

Our program comes with an extra credential. You'll also graduate with a Certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia

Minimum 50 Marks in English (12th). Minimum 50 Marks in Math (12th). Note: If Applicant does not have math subject in Grade 12 then College will conduct online math exam. This program is good for Civil Engineering student.

IELTS: 6.0 (with no band less than 6.0) TOFEL: PTE: Overall PTE Score 53 and above with nothing less than 50 in any module.
