A major in Art Education leads to the B.S. degree. Students majoring in Art Education minor in Secondary Education.

Two concentrations—Art History or Visual Arts—leading to either a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree are available under an Art major.
The department offers a B.F.A. with a major in Art; students may choose between two concentrations: Studio orGraphic Design.
The Art Education program provides preparation for teaching at all grade levels for public, private, and charter schools K-12. The degree also offers other options to teach art in avenues such as private lessons, to organizations, or at places like museums or senior citizens centers.
