Certified athletic trainers are healthcare professionals skilled to help prevent, recognize, manage and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries and general medical conditions. The CBU athletic training program is a six-semester program that includes theory, practical application, clinical work and rigorous preparation for testing and certification. CBU has the longest running professional Master’s in Athletic Training program in California. The application process is highly selective and admission is offered one time per year.
