The Aviation Education concentration is designed to serve students interested in the conduct of aviation education, training, or professional development programs or in the administration of such programs. Students in this concentration take classes in both the Aerospace Department and the MTSU College of Education. This master of science degree program requires the completion of 36 semester hours, consisting of an 18 credit hour core, 12 hours of required courses in the College of Education, and 6 credit hours of electives. The graduate curriculum at Middle Tennessee State University offers an individually tailored program to meet specific student career goals. Master’s level candidates are prepared for direct entry into the air transportation industry in a variety of specialties.
